Check engine light came on my 2024 GMC Terrain & I contacted OnStar. It was diagnosed as a Coolant System problem. I called Pryor Chevy to see if I could get my car into the garage for their analysis. The Service Desk allowed me to come in for their evaluation. They confirmed that the coolant fan sensor was at fault. They ordered the replacement part; which wouldn’t be in their shop for another 4-5 days. The part arrived in 3 days; but needed to wait till Monday to install. The car was back to normal that afternoon; but we waited till Tuesday to pick it up. The Service Department contacted our extended warranty before the service & was out the insurance deductible for our repair. Very accommodating to us in our emergency.

Servixlce fixed our issues, but they were short staffed and the service took over two weeks to complete

I had to have our car towed there. Bob Hallam the service advisor was great to work with. He was able to get it in and repaired in a timely manner. And he dealt with the extended warranty company.

Factory defect was repaired promptly.
